Stop Guessing Your Clients' Conditioning Programming - Live Workshop, 30 July
Reeve Conditioning Institute
Live workshop · Wednesday 30 July · 7:00pm UK

Stop guessing your clients'
conditioning programming.

Ninety minutes on the five domains that decide whether conditioning works, and the one that is quietly holding yours back.

No workout ideas. No finishers. The thinking that sits underneath a programme that actually develops what you intended it to.

Why this exists

Most conditioning is not programmed. It is improvised.

The session was hard, so it worked

High heart rate, visible sweat, a tired athlete. None of that defines conditioning. It describes fatigue. Intensity without intent is just fatigue with good marketing.

The athlete fades late, so they need more cardio

Four different limiters produce that exact same picture. From the outside they all look identical: the athlete slows down. Observation cannot tell them apart.

They cannot repeat efforts, so train repeat efforts

The most common misdiagnosis in this field is treating an aerobic base problem as an anaerobic capacity problem. It costs six weeks, every time.

They need everything, so train everything

If two qualities get the same intensity, volume and recovery demand, neither adapts. This is the single most common cause of athletes who train hard and improve rarely.

The body adapts to the loudest, most repeated signal across the block. Not to your intention. Not to the written plan. To what it actually received.

The ninety minutes

Five domains. In order.

Each one sits underneath the next. Get one wrong and everything above it reads as a weakness.

01

Signal and Intent

Naming what a session develops before you decide how hard it is. Why fatigue is the cost and not the goal, and how a week quietly leaks the signal you chose.

02

Testing and Profiling

Why self-paced tests measure personality rather than physiology. What a conditioning profile is, the four patterns it comes back in, and how to read one.

03

Limiter vs Symptom

The three-question diagnostic. Persistence, fatigue behaviour, prerequisite check. How to find where the problem begins instead of where the system breaks.

04

Prioritisation and Protection

One quality leads. Everything else gets a role: maintain, support or remove. Then the audit that stops the rest of the week competing with it.

05

Permission and Progression

Why advanced is a permission and not a right. The three levers, the order to pull them in, and why cutting rest is the most dangerous thing you can do to a session.

How it runs

You will be answering, not watching.

Real scenarios put to the room throughout. You commit to an answer, you see how the room splits, then you see the reveal. Some of them you will get wrong, and that is the most useful ninety seconds of your night.

Register and we will send you the diagnostic before the call, so you already know which of the five is your limiter before Dan opens his mouth.
